“These guys are seriously awesome. They have taken mountain bike coaching and turned it up to 11. With 4 professionals watching you throughout the day it would be impossible not to take something away from the course. Not only do you get great one on one coaching from some of the best in the business, you’ll get sent a report with all your feedback and any changes made to your bike set up.”

“+3 is a must for anyone who wants to progress as a rider!”

“This is a very thorough course with a lot of learning, but it is done in such a way that you don’t feel overwhelmed. All the coaches are very approachable and happy to answer any questions. +3 is a must for anyone who wants to progress as a rider!”

“Having spent a day with the team from Plus 3 in the Forest of Dean I can whole-heartedly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their riding skills. In my group we a broad range of riders from weekend trail riders to a BDS competitor and everyone walked away having enjoyed the day, a better rider than they arrived.”

“I regularly find myself referring back to the advice given when I am struggling with a new section of trail”

“I am in my early 40s, have been riding mountain bikes for around 10 years, currently ride at a red/black trail level and am mechanically competent. Specific areas where I improved my knowledge included effective warm-ups, smoother cornering, line choice and body position, however the area that has had the biggest impact on my riding was bike set-up. After Will had adjusted a few things, I am for the first time able to ride with balanced suspension and not need the rear shock locked out for general trail riding. This has dramatically improved how planted and in control I feel.

From the outset the day had a very relaxed feel, yet the team still managed to cover a massive amount of information. The coaches gave useful feedback throughout the day, both to the group as a whole and on an individual basis, using video to highlight salient points. I regularly find myself referring back to the advice given when I am struggling with a new section of trail.

Overall, it was a day well spent, with a great team.”

“I attended a Plus3MTB event a few weeks ago and was really impressed with the whole day.

Firstly everyone was really friendly when I arrived and was handed a coffee and a goodie bag of energy treats to keep us going throughout the day. We started off the training with a brief whilst our bikes were given a mechanical check over by the expert Will Soffe. Then we got stuck straight in with some expert training from pro athlete Jay Williamson and pro coach Alan Milway.

“The training was in depth and I really improved not only my confidence by my technique and left with a ton knowledge.”

Lunch provided was great! Decent portions of very tasty food. Had to be careful not to eat too much as after a presentation from Alan we were back out on the trails learning how to pick better lines and how to dominate corners and jumps. Overall the day was a great success and I would highly recommend it.”
