1.1 +3 operate mountain bike coaching services across the UK.

1.2 +3 is the trading name of Plus 3 Performance Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales under the number 10755920. Our trading and correspondence address is Art Accountants, Ground Floor, Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JQ.

2.1 Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation enforceable from 25th May 2018 Personal Data is defined as:

“any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person”.

4. Personal Data +3 Collects

4.1 We collect your personal data through the following processes, we are unable to process orders or handle data if you are under 16 years of age unless parental consent is sought and communicated to us in writing.

5. Event Registration

5.1 During registration for a +3 event we collect the following Personal Data which is stored securely in our WooCommerce ordering system.

– First name
– Last name
– Billing address
– Shipping address
– Phone number

5.2 Where this data is stored:

Your Personal Data is stored through WooCommerce’s database. WooCommerce employs SSL Encryption to secure your data and this is held behind a firewall. Details of the WooCommerce data security process in collaboration with automattic.com and can be found HERE

5.3 What we use this data for:

This data is used to process and complete your order, keep you updated via email or telephone about the status of the +3 event you have booked and any issues arising that you need to be notified of.

5.4 How long this data is held for:

Plus 3 Performance Ltd is required to retain Personal Data according to UK law, specifically, information pertaining to income tax and auditing purposes.

In the case of accounting we are obliged to hold invoices for six years.

5.5 How have your data removed:

If you want us to delete the Personal Data we hold about you please contact us on EMAIL and we will be happy to assist you.

Payments

+3 MTB does not hold any bank or card details used during the transaction of purchasing an event place with us. You, the customer, inputs payment information via PayPal or by using a credit or debit card through the WooCommerce payment gateway powered by PayPal. WooCommerce’s system is PCI-DSS compliant and allows secure, encrypted online payments via PayPal or through a credit or debit card.

7. Personal Data collected

7.1 Payment information:

If you choose to pay using PayPal, either directly from your PayPal account or via a credit or debit card your payment information is stored by PayPal. As with all online payment gateways PayPal is encrypted with the industry standard system, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

7.2 How long your data is kept:

Your data is only held as long as is needed for your transaction with +3 to be completed via the payment gateway, once completed your data is deleted.

7.3 How to opt-out:

As your data is deleted after the completion of your transaction, opt-out isn’t necessary. For any queries please email us on EMAIL.

8. Browsing Data and Cookies

Definition – Cookies are small data files that allow your browsing experience to be more efficient.

8.1 The +3 website uses cookies to personalise the content you see from www.plus3mtb.com and how you may see advertising after visiting the website. Cookies are also used to determine how you use the website and how it might be improved in the future.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 By consenting to the Privacy Policy set out on this page you are giving +3 permission to collect and process your personal data for the reasons identified.

9.2 Your consent is required by Plus 3 Performance Ltd to process your personal data and this consent must be explicitly given by you. If we are asking for sensitive data, such as payment information, we will tell you why this information is being collected.

10. Disclosure Policy

10.1 Your data will only ever be passed on to a third party if it is necessary to do so for a transaction to be completed on the website. We never pass your data on to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

10.2 We may pass on information to the police or regulatory bodies or legal advisors in connection with any alleged criminal offence or where it is required by law.

11. Retention of Personal Data

11.1 +3 MTB will only retain personal data for the period required to process an order or provide customer service prior to the event on which you are booked.

12. Location of Personal Data

12.1 Personal Data submitted to the website in the UK may and held or accessed by Plus 3 Performance Ltd to provide the website’s services.

12.2 We use third party providers for some of the website’s function and these may be based outside of the UK. For example our website servers are managed by Media Temple who are based in the USA.

12.3 Any transfer of data will be done so under the the relevant safeguards to ensure the processes of the GDPR law remain in place. You consent to the transfer of data on these terms.

13. External Links

13.1 Please be aware that our website may contain links, or the option of using a link to navigate to an external website. For example clicking on a YouTube video to access content on the YouTube website rather than in an embedded player on the +3 website.

13.2 We are not responsible for the data, policies, content or security of any external links but endeavour to include links to websites with policies equal to that of Plus 3 Performance Ltd.
